Lambert to be at basketball game

New football coach Brad Lambert will be at Saturday’s 49ers-Saint Joseph’s basketball game at Halton Arena. He’ll address the crowd and fans will receive a commemorative Lambert bio card. A ticket from the basketball game will also gain fans free admission into the Charlotte-UNC Asheville baseball game at 4 p.m. at Hayes Stadium.

I look forward to hearing what Brad has to say.

With this being one of the worst seasons in 49er basketball history, I am more excited abaout the baseball game than the basketball game.

ESPN Rise 2/23 Regional Basketball Player of the Week

"Pierria' Henry, South Charleston (South Charleston, W.Va.)
The 6-foot-3 senior guard scored a career-best 47 points as South Charleston beat rival Capital (Charleston, W.Va.), 99-96, in double overtime at the Mountain State Athletic Conference Night of Champions. The all-state football and basketball player converted five 3-pointers and collected 12 rebounds, along with five steals. He averages 19.1 points per game. A UNC-Charlotte basketball recruit, the football wide receiver-defensive back helped the Black Eagles win two straight Class AAA state football titles in 2008-09."
