49ers to face Razorbacks in Tempe

The 49ers will face Arkansas in a first-round NCAA baseball tournament game in Tempe, Ariz.

Third-seed Charlotte (42-14) won last week's Atlantic 10 tournament and is playing in the tournament for the fifth time in the past five years.

Second-seed Arkansas (38-20) led the SEC with 114 stolen bases this season. It's the 10th season the Hogs have made the tournament.

Top-seed and host Arizona State will face No. 4 New Mexico in the other regional game.

Really morons? Then what is this? Maybe you should actually read the paper instead of waiting for ways to be negative. And if you are so bad ass, print your name.

That, David Hovis, is little more than a copy-paste of the game story from the 49ers' official website. I'm willing to bet that no D-1 school gets treated worse by its hometown paper than Charlotte.

I'm with you. I wish we could get some better coverage for our baseball team. Even the South Carolina teams are getting more attention than Charlotte...weird.
