Charlotte 49ers women's soccer junior midfielder Hailey Beam was named Atlantic 10 Conference co-player of the week, the second time this season she has received the honor.
Beam scored two goals and assisted on two others in the 49ers' 8-0 win over Saint Joseph's on Sunday. Beam is currently tied with teammate Whitney Weinraub for the most goals scored in the conference this season (11).
Charlotte (9-3-1, 5-0-0) returns to action this weekend when it plays at Richmond on Friday and at George Washington on Sunday.

The Niners womens team is impressive this year. Interesting to follow.
Coach Lipsitz has done very well with these girls. Good to see Hailey making a name for herself after big sis moved on.
The Women's (and Men's) team gives us all the Niner football we need!!
