Friday night's Atlantic 10 Conference baseball game between host Charlotte and visiting George Washington has been postponed due to heavy rains and forecasted thunderstorms for the area.
The two teams will make up the game as part of a Saturday doubleheader, with Game 1 beginning at noon. Charlotte will also honor the 30th anniversary of its first baseball team on Saturday.
The 49ers are 17-12, 2-7 while George Washington is 16-16, 5-3.
