Temple, the top remaining seed in the Atlantic 10 women's tournament, advanced to Sunday's semifinals with a 67-63 win over St. Bonaventure on Saturday night at Halton Arena.
The Owls, the No. 2 seed, will play No. 3 seed Charlotte at 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
Junior guard LaKeisha Eaddy led Temple with 24 points, including a 3-for-4 performance from the 3-point line. The Owls shot 53.8 percent from the 3-point line in the game.
Dana Mitchell led the Bonnies (21-10), the tournament's seventh seed, with 22 points.
