The Charlotte 49ers baseball team added a pair of home games to the 2009 schedule to make up for some recent games lost due to rain. Charlotte will host Belmont Abbey on Wednesday at 6 p.m. and Wingate on April 1 at 6 p.m.
Charlotte (10-3) received five votes in this Monday’s USA Today Top 25 Coaches Poll, the first votes it has received in a poll this season. The Niners have won 10 straight games and host USC Upstate at 6 p.m. today at Hayes Stadium.
